    • Golf du Château d’Augerville

    Golf de Fontainebleau
    Ranked # 4 in France.

Inaugurated in 1909, this is one of the most charming and oldest golf courses in France. The course is situated within an ancient walled boundary, which adds to the historic ambience. Originally created by Frenchman Julien Chantepie in 1909, it was redesigned in 1920 by Tom Simpson, then elongated and modified by Fred Hawtree in the late 1950’s. Nevertheless, many of Simpson's distinctive features still characterize the course.

The sandstone rocks – part of the natural ecology - are perfectly integrated into the course. With small targets to aim at, a good short game is an advantage. It isn’t the longest golf course in the world but will give you a great challenge without leaving you drained.

    Golf de Saint-Germain
    Ranked # 5 in France.

The 18-hole Grand Parcours is a superb course, one of the very best in France, designed by Henry Shaplan-Colt in 1922. A lovely parkland course that flows through avenues of majestic trees, Saint-Germain is a thinking golfer's course where one must plot one’s way round the property, avoiding the strategically placed bunkers and the trees that line every fairway and shelter every green.

    Le Golf National
    Ranked # 10 in France.

The mythical Albatros is recognised as one of the best championship courses in France. With Europe’s inspirational Ryder Cup victory in 2018, the Albatros cemented itself as a must-play European golf course. It is the most popular course in France, a key step on the European Tour calendar, site of the 2022 Eisenhower Trophy and the 2024 Olympic events.

Designed by Hubert Chesneau with Robert Von Hagge’s consultancy, in collaboration with Pierre Thevenin, it has “hints of Florida, a splash of Ireland and a lot of France”.

This is the toughest golf course near Paris. The slick greens, vast undulating fairways with innumerable links-style bunkers and challenging water hazards are strategically demanding and will require golfers to use every club in the bag.

    Golf du Château d’Augerville

Created in 1995 in the vast 100-acre park of the castle, the course was designed by Olivier Dongradi. The course weaves its way through beautiful ancient woodland and its beauty is matched by the immaculate conditioning of the course.

The course rolls majestically along with many elevation changes, creating a unique challenge for even the most competent of golfers. It includes many water features, and wildlife is abundant here. The Essonne River meanders through the property and contributes to the dramatic finishing hole in front of the magnificent château.

The monthly Golf Magazine ranked the course among the 10 most "challenging" golf courses in France.

On the tour extension to Orléans, we play 1 Golf Course:

    Golf Les Aisses
    Ranked # 8 in France.

Situated in Sologne, a region mostly known for its fauna and flora, Les Aisses Golf is situated on an enormous 625-acre property. Hawtree Limited redeveloped the course in 2010 and the style is now reminiscent of the Golden Age. The famous “Les Aisses” 18-hole course meanders amidst the moors, ponds and woods, making it varied, enjoyable - and challenging!
